How to use Bookommend

Find your next read through the books your favorite authors cite.

Add a book

Search for a book you've read. It lands on your canvas, and the books it cites branch out around it.

Citations and recommendations

Solid lines are books the author cites or builds on, our strongest picks for your next read. Dashed lines are related recommendations.

Explore and track

Open any book to see its details. Explore Citations brings in the books it cites. Mark it Want to Read (blue) or Read (green).

Canvases

Keep a separate canvas for each theme. Use the switcher under the logo to add, rename, switch or delete them. Your reading status is shared across all of them.

My List

Every book you've marked Read or Want to Read, across all canvases. Tap one to jump straight to it.

Move around

Drag the empty canvas to pan, and pinch or scroll to zoom. The buttons at the bottom fit and center the map.
